If you're not 100% satisfied with your Mud Jug, simply return the UNUSED product within 14 days for a full refund.

Send your request for a refund in writing along with your Mud Jug.

Please also include the name and e-mail address of the person who originally placed the order, as well as the method of payment so that we can verify the account.

Processing & Shipping:

Hydrodipped/Designed Mudjugs:

All Designed and Hydro dipped jugs are MADE TO ORDER. Please allow 4-6 Business Days (M-F) for your order to be processed, hydro dipped, and packaged. Once Processing is complete your order will be shipped via USPS, FEDEX, or UPS. Please allow an additional 3-5 Business Days (M-F) for your order to be delivered. Once a package is turned over to ship, WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER WHEN YOUR PRODUCT IS DELIVERED. 

For any delayed shipments after you receive a tracking number, please contact your local post office or the company we used to ship and provide your tracking info. 

U.S. Shipping Service times AFTER PROCESSING:

Delivery time depends on your location. All packages are shipped from Fort Pierce, FL. USPS Priority offers the fastest, nationwide shipping. Every customer is emailed when orders are shipped. A separate email is sent with USPS or Fedex with a tracking number. Please make sure the email address you provide us is accurate if you want to receive shipping info. WE DO NOT SPAM OUR CUSTOMERS.
